Refund Policy

INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return for afterthought

We automatically accept all return requests made within 15 days of purchase. Requests made after the 15th day (but not later than the 30th) will eventually be authorized after an evaluation of the information provided regarding the purchased item.

In order to access the return procedure, it is necessary to send an email to grigolitrento@gmail.com specifying the order number and the reason for the request. In order to be able to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or tampered with will not be refunded.

The shipping costs for the return are paid by the buyer. It is possible to return the item using a shipping method of your choice (and at your own risk) or request collection by our courier at a cost of €5.90 including VAT

Substitutions

We only replace items free of charge if they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit. If, on the other hand, you have the wrong size or want to replace an item you don't like, you can do so at a cost of €9.90 including VAT. To replace an item, please send us an email to grigolitrento@gmail.com

After our confirmation, we will collect the item from the address you provided, ship the new item and charge the replacement costs.

Return shipping

The return of each item, if you opt for independent shipping at your expense, must be addressed to: Pelletterie Grigoli sas - via Malpaga 10, 38122 Trento (TN)

In the event of a return for afterthought the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a return for a faulty item we will refund the full amount paid including the original delivery charges.

In the event of loss or non-delivery by the courier of the returned item independently, we will not proceed with the refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will carry it out on the same payment method used for the purchase. Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
